The Apartment
The apartment is the perfect home for a perfect holiday right down to the Mediterranean. The property is brand new, very luxurious and very spacious, with everything you need. The apartment is on the third floor with excellent views out to the Mediterranean and a large terrace. The apartment is located in a newly built apartment complex (La Recoleta) with lift and parking in the basement. The area where the complex is located is very quiet, fenced with security and video surveillance.
The area offers a well engineered garden and pool area with particular children's pool.
The apartment includes a bedroom, with double bed, belonging bathroom. A room with two seperate beds and a private bathroom. In the living room there is a fine opportunity for bouble bed on the sofa. Together there are six beds in the apartment.
In addition, the apartment includes a big kitchen/dining area with access to the laundry/utility room. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. dishwasher and in the laundry/utility room there is a washingmachine with drying function.
There is a TV, DVD player and radio.
From the livingroom, bedroom, kitchen and terrace you get the best view of the Mediterranean.
You can reach the blue flag sandy beaches of Punta Prima within five minutes walk.
You can easily stay here without car. You can reach Torrevieja by bus, twice every hour. You can get a taxi for 10-11 euro.
House rules
Now you can look forward to a great holiday on the Costa Blanca, in a beautiful new apartment with stunning views.
When you arrive at the apartment, there will be a bottle of water and a bottle of rose wine, which you can enjoy on the terrace before you begin unpack og explore the area. You sould of course add new supplies for the next comming, so they too can start vacation in this casual way.
You can brush your teeth in the water, but you should not drink it, since Spain has other bacteria in the water than we are used to.
Since a large bottle of water only costs approx. € 0,3 this should not be a major economic problem.
The prices in the area is not yet tourist prices. Eg. you can at the local supermarket (eg. Aldi) buy a bottle og rose wine for € 1-2 which is quite excellent.
You also have to make sure that there is some kitchen roll, toilet paper and detergent for the dishwasher when its time leaving the apartment.
You have to take it for granted that you take care of the apartment as if it were your own, including remembers to turn off the air conditioner when you leave the apartment. As well, the system have to be turned off when windows and doors are open.
You have to leave the apartment in the same condition that you wish to receive it. Should the occasion, contrary to expectations, not be in order when you arrive (Spanish cleaning is not always as Danish), you can contact Mona and Erik Andresen (see "Contact"). Only in this way we can take care of the missing cleaning and maintenance from previous guests or the cleaning company.
