Booking

The prices for rent is very competitive and depending on the official Spanish season in the area.

Prices are respectively € 365,-, 410,-, 460,- and 570,- per week incl. consumption.

In connection to the rental agreement, paid a deposit of 25% the rent however a minimum of € 135,-. Only when the deposit is received the rental agreement shall be binding upom both parties.

Final cleaning + rent and wash of bed linen and towels ect. are compulsory. The price is Euro 73,- for cleaning and Euro 10,- bed linen and towels. Payment for cleaning and washing together deposit.

Towels for the beach isn't included and you must therefore bring your own.

We can accept payments by bank transfer in dollars and euros. Full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival. Booking at the last minute will be dealt separately. Information available on request.
